Relationship with entrepreneur
Board makeup
The role of the chairman
The importance of having a defined entry/exit process to the board
The interplay between shareholder agreement and board mechanics and practicalities
Conflict resolution
Part 2
The class was also presented with two real life situations and asked to explore them like a board and take a vote to reach a conclusion. The decisions were compared with what happened in the real situation and discussed why they came to conclusion that they did.
